Tenses
There are three types tenses in the Grammar
Present tense
In the present tense there are 4 types
Present indefinite tense - Ta hain, Ti hain, Tey hain as well as use of s,es - Do, Does + Ist form
Does - Singular
Do - Plural
In the affirmative sentence use of s, es for plural as well as we don't use helping verb (Do, Does).
Ex 1. Rahul padhta hain
Rahul reads
2. Vah jaata hain
He goes
While in the negative sentence we do not use of s,es for plural as well as we use helping verb (Do, Does) in the negative sentence.
Ex -1. Hum yah baat nhi krte hain
We do not this talk
2. Vah yah kaam krta hain
He does this work
3. Main pasand nhi krta hoon tumko
I don't like to you
Present continuous tense - Rha hain, Rhin hain, Rhe hain -> Is, Am, Are + ing form+ 1st form
Is - Singular
Use of Am with I - Singular
Are - Plural
Ex 1.Tum yah kaam kr rhi ho
You are doing this work.
2. Main ghar ko nhi ja rha hoon.
I am not going to house
3. Main tumko pasand kr rha hoon
I am not liking to you
3. Present perfect tense - liya hain, diya hain, kiya hain, Chuka, chuki chuke hain, li hai -> Has/Have + v3rd form.
Has - Singular
Have - plural
Ram ne yah book diya hain
Ram has given this book.
Usne diya hain
He have paid.
Usne yah kaam kiya hain
He have done this work.
4. Present perfect continuous tense - Rha hain, Rhin hain, Rhe hain with time -> Has been/ Have been+ ing and Since/For
Since - uncertain
For - Certain
Ex 1. Vah subah se kaam kr rha hain
He have been doing work since morning
2. Ram 2 ghante se padh rhi hain
Ram has been reading for 2 hours.
